Lavender Mint Tea Recipe

  1. Pick some mint, spearmint, or chocolate mint leaves (between 7-15, it's really up to your taste) as well as some lavender.
  2. Lay the mint and lavender out in the sun to dry. If it's too windy or taking too long you can put them in an oven warmer drawer for around 20 minutes.
  3. Once the leaves are dry boil some water, put the dried leaves/lavender in a tea ball, and let it steep for around 10 minutes.
  4. Sit back and enjoy!

Current Garden Situation

5/9/20

Currently I've sowed some lettuce and herbs, mainly in pots although I planted a few rows of lettuce in a raised bed. I also have some peppers and tomatoes I need to plant. We'll see how they grow this year.

My lettuce is sprouting! The herbs haven't started to yet, though.

Got the peppers and tomatoes planted and the herbs are sprouting! Also my lettuce seems to be doing well.

Everything's growing well and I've been able to harvest my herbs and lettuce!
